4. Payment & Fees

Services are priced per project and must be paid as specified at order.

All payments are processed through secure third-party processors.

Refunds are issued only for incomplete or unsatisfactory services as per our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Website content, design, and platform features are owned by AfriScribe.

Clients retain ownership of their documents; submission does not transfer copyright to AfriScribe.

6. Limitation of Liability

AfriScribe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

Final responsibility for the use of proofread documents rests with the client.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.
